How to contribute

We solicit your participation to make this endeavor a success in any of the areas identified above. We appreciate if you can bring together motivated researchers and students to make proposals and involve in this effort. Format for proposals is given below along with contact information.

Interested Students are invited to register into the program. They will be assigned to appropriate Mentors/Collaborators.

Call for Proposals

The proposals may please be submitted as per the following template:

PROPOSALS TEMPLATE

1. Title with Acronym
2. Objective
3. Work Package category
• Diagnostics
• Disease management
• Vaccines
• Epidemiology
• Socio econimic impact
4. Graphical Abstract/Abstract in words
5. Computing requirements
6. Software stack requirements (Open Source only)
7. Team leads and members with their affiliation and contact information

Proposal should not exceed 2 pages (approximately 1000 words max).

Call is now Open and proposals will be considered on First Come First Served Basis.

Where to submit

All the proposals need to be submitted online in proper format. The maximum size of the proposal (in pdf) to be uploaded is 2MB. To submit a proposal click here

NOTE: No other funding other than computing resources will be provided. Collaborators should arrange for their own man power and other resources. However, CCN will make effort to provided students using Crowd Sourcing model and will be assigned to Collaborators. All accepted proposals will become CCN collaborators and will work in accordance with principles of open innovation.
