About Center for Petroleum Research, CSIR-NEIST

CSIR NEIST Center of Excellence for Petroleum Research, established in the year 2019, offers Ph.D. course in the area of petroleum research. From the inception, the center has been trying to establish R&D collaboration with OIL and Petrochemical industries from different part of India as well as abroad. The center has signed Memorandum of Understanding with a number of Oil and Petrochemical industries and contributed a lot for R&D as well as industry related problems. The faculties of the center are involved in their own research activities with the well equipped laboratories leading to get Research Publications, Patent, Presentations etc. and also delivered Invited Lecture, in both National and International conferences within the country as well as abroad.
