INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

* The applicant should go through the instructions carefully before filling the ONLINE application form and provide correct/accurate information.

* The applicant should visit the CSIR-NEIST website for the Advertisement details.

* The mode of applying is only through online and the online application should be submitted only through CSIR-NEIST website www.neist.res.in.

* Applications once submitted will not be withdrawn and fees once paid will not be refunded on any count nor can it be held in reserve for any other future recruitment or selection process.

* Applicants should register first by clicking "New Registration" on login page. After successful registration a registration id will be generate. It suggested to note down the auto-generated registration id since no acknowledgment sms /email will be send.Then the page will re-direct to login page where applicant have provide the auto-generated registration id.

* After log-in the applicant can view their respective "Home-page" containing all the vital information concerning to their online application. Editing the pending applications and Re-printing of submitted application options are provided in the applicant's "home-page".

* The registered applicant can recover their respective registration number by clicking on "Forgot Registration" in Login page.

* Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application form for each post indicating the Post Code No. of the post. The hard copy(s) of each application must be accompanied by separate Demand Draft(s), if applicable.

* Application form consists of 3 parts (Personal Details/Education Details/Category Details) and subsequent parts can be accessed, only when the previous part is filled properly and completely. Applicant can navigate previous page by clicking on "<<Back" button available at the bottom of each page.

* After filling out the third form (Category Details), the applicant can view the application preview before final submission. It is suggested that the data be checked carefully before final submission. Once the application is submitted, it cannot be modified later.

* The size of photo to be uploaded should be 20-50 kb and dimensions should be 230 X 300 pixel. Photos with caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. If the applicant wears glasses, please make sure that there are no reflections and the eyes can be clearly seen.

*Use Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox/ Safari browser with JavaScript enabled.

* Donot use special characters like " ' & % * # ! while filling the form.

*Upper limit for text field is 1000 characters.
